For particular groups

You can disable or enable the plugin using this button:

This will remember your setting on this machine for each group.

For all groups

Mozilla Firefox

You can uninstall it from Control Panel->Add or Remove Programs, or disable it from here:

Internet Explorer

You can uninstall it from Control Panel->Add or Remove Programs, or disable it from Tools->Manage Add-ons:

Then select the FreecycleMemberBHO line, click on Disable:
