For Moderators

This plugin provides extra function for members, not extra moderator function (though moderators are members too, so they can use it).

The plugins will only add new function if the you have chosen to let the plugins be used on your group. This is called "opting in".

If a group isn't opted in, then

It's ok to install the plugin. It just won't do anything on that group except say it's not opted in.
You can still use the plugin on any other groups you use, as long as they are are opted in.
